The Conference educational program enables the best and brightest in the field of food safety to be heard and recognized by their peers. Hence, The Conference technical program committee invites an scientific audience from food industry, business management, economics and trade and any other scientific field with interest in the subject to participate by contributing papers relevant to the conference topics.

The Conference will be based on contributed papers in plenary and technical sessions. Participants who intend to contribute a paper are requested to send a two-page extended abstract of no more than 9,000 characters in English by April 30th to papers@kuwaitfoodsafety.com . The abstract must clearly describe objectives, methodology and expected/achieved results. Authors of accepted abstracts will be notified by May 19, 2011. Power Point Personations are due by August 18, 2011.
